In Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, System Backups are considered automated backups.
System Backup:
Dev / PP: Retention Period - 7
Production: Retention Period - 28
Frequency: 30 Minutes
Storage: MS Azure Cloud Database Servers
Manual Backup:
Dev / PP: Retention Period - 7
Production: Retention Period - 28
Frequency: Manual
Storage: MS Azure Cloud Database Servers
Manual backups are not able to copy/move from outside the tenant i.e., Azure Blogs or any other external storage except in the Power Platform Admin Center.
